Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to put the Zone Bag through a real month — the gym, the office, a weekend away. If it doesn't simplify your routine, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
Always contact us first at support@zonebag.com with your order number and the reason for your return — please don't ship anything without a confirmation from us. We'll reply within 24 hours: in many cases we can resolve the issue instantly with a replacement or a partial refund where you keep the item, and if you prefer a full return, we'll send you a short return form together with the correct return address.
Return conditions
Items should be returned in their original condition — clean, undamaged, and with any tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Bags showing heavy wear or damage caused by misuse may only qualify for a partial refund.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected (usually within 3 business days), we'll refund your original payment method in full. Depending on your bank, the refund appears within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your bag arrives damaged or you received the wrong color, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, no return shipping needed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us at support@zonebag.com and we'll chase it down.
