Free U.S. shipping on every order

Every Zone Bag order ships free anywhere in the United States — no minimums, no hidden fees.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During launch promotions and sale periods, processing can take up to one additional day.

Delivery time

U.S. delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Most customers receive their Zone Bag within 4–10 days of placing an order.

Tracking

The moment your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us at support@zonebag.com and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch.
